Shipping Information

Shipping schedule: Orders are shipped every Wednesday

・In-stock items: Shipped within 1 week (excluding transit time)
・Pre-order items: Shipped 2–3 weeks after the order is placed (excluding transit time)

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the shipment will be arranged according to the pre-order item’s schedule.
If you would like the in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place a separate order for them.

 

Domestic Shipping

We offer convenience store pickup, postal home delivery, and in-store pickup services.
Original artworks/prints can only be shipped via standard home delivery. Postage will be calculated separately based on the size of the work.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping, including but not limited to the following regions and countries:
Africa: Republic of the Congo, Morocco, South Africa, Uganda
Asia: Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Hong Kong
Australia: Australia
Caribbean: Cuba
North America: Hawaii, Mexico, United States, Canada
Central America: Belize, Nicaragua, Panama
South America: Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay
Oceania: Guam, New Zealand
Europe: Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, United Kingdom

International delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and each country’s postal system.

Important Notes for International Shipping:
(1) For overseas orders, please enter the full shipping address in English and confirm that all information is correct before placing your order.
(2) Depending on the regulations of the destination country, any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees will be borne by the recipient.
(3) All overseas orders will undergo repeated quality checks before shipment. We do not accept returns due to personal reasons or ordering mistakes.
(4) Returns or exchanges for overseas orders involve cross-border procedures and logistics. If the item is defective or incorrect, please contact customer service and follow the instructions provided. Do not send the item back on your own.
(5) As regulations for international transactions vary by country, please check your local government’s laws before purchasing to confirm whether the product can be delivered to your country. If the item is seized or confiscated by customs, we are not responsible, and product costs and shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.
(6) If the recipient refuses the shipment, fails to pick it up from the local logistics center, if customs clearance is not possible due to local regulations, or if the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned, shipping fees will not be refunded. The refund will be made after deducting round-trip shipping costs and any additional fees incurred (such as taxes, handling charges, etc.).

 

Eco-friendly packaging materials

In response to the “Regulations on Restricting the Use of Packaging for Online Shopping” and to promote environmental awareness,
Sixpence Gallery will use original cartons, reusable boxes, or second-hand packing materials for packaging and shipping, in order to reduce resource waste and help protect the Earth together.
