Works exhibited at the 2025 Hachikan Nanako solo exhibition "Flower Temperature"
|Work Introduction|
Title: The Whereabouts of Memories
Media: Gouache on canvas
Size: 60×91×3cm
Year of production: 2025
This work depicts a scene like a memory storage room, filled with childhood images hidden deep in the memory.
Imaginary friends, Christmas decorations, toys, and well-worn crayons…these are all precious things that I don’t want to forget.
As I grow older, I become increasingly distant from my childhood self. The indescribable sadness and the strong desire to cherish these memories gave rise to this work.

|Exhibition Introduction|
Flower Temperature is inspired by the artist Nanako Hachikan’s brief life in Tainan, capturing the city’s unique climate and style through delicate brushstrokes. Tainan’s flower fences, tiles and decorations, as well as the freshness and warmth brought by the southern breeze, weave together a poetic visual language.
