|Artwork Information|

Title: The Whereabouts of Memories
Medium: Gouache on canvas
Size: 60 × 91 × 3 cm
Year: 2025

This work depicts a scene resembling a storage space for memories, filled with childhood images deeply tucked away in the recesses of the mind.
Imaginary friends, Christmas decorations, toys, and well-worn crayons—these are all precious things I never want to forget.
As time passes, I gradually grow apart from my childhood self. This inexpressible sense of melancholy, along with a strong desire to preserve these memories, gave rise to this piece.

|Exhibition Overview|

“Flower Temperature” is inspired by Nanaco Yashiro’s brief stay in Tainan. Through delicate brushwork, the artist captures the city’s unique climate and charm. Elements such as Tainan’s floral fences, tiles, and decorative details, along with the freshness and warmth brought by the southern breeze, intertwine to create a richly poetic visual language.
