Shipping time: unified on every Wednesday and day
・Ready-stocked products: shipped within 1 week (excluding delivery time)
・Pre-order products: shipped 2~3 weeks after order is placed (excluding delivery time)
If you purchase both spot and pre-order products at the same time, the delivery time of the pre-order products will be the main factor.
If you want your in-stock items to arrive faster, please place an order separately from your pre-order items.
Domestic delivery
We provide convenience store pickup, post office delivery and store pickup services.
Original/reproduction paintings can only be delivered by ordinary home delivery, and the postage will be calculated separately according to the size of the work.
International delivery
We provide worldwide delivery services, including but not limited to:

International delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the postal system of each country.

Notes for international delivery:
(1) For overseas orders, please enter the delivery information in full in English and confirm that the delivery information is correct before purchasing.
(2) If there are any customs duties or other levies imposed by the recipient’s country, they will be paid by the recipient.
(3) Overseas orders will be subject to repeated quality inspection before shipment. Return requests due to personal reasons, order errors, etc. will not be accepted.
(4) Returns and exchanges for overseas orders involve international operations and logistics procedures. If the product is defective or the item is incorrect, please contact customer service and follow the instructions to return or exchange the product. Do not send the product back on your own.
(5) Due to differences in overseas transaction regulations between countries, please check local government regulations before purchasing to confirm whether the product can be delivered to the designated country. If the goods are confiscated by customs, we will not be held responsible, and the product costs and logistics fees will not be refunded.
(6) If the goods are returned due to the recipient's refusal to accept the goods or failure to pick them up at the local logistics center, customs clearance is impossible due to local regulations, or the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipping fee will not be refunded. The refund will deduct the round-trip shipping costs and other shipping costs (such as taxes, handling fees, etc.)
