Return and Exchange Policy

If the product you received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during delivery, we will provide return and exchange service.

 

How to request a return or exchange:

If the goods are damaged or the packaging is incomplete during transportation, please report it to the delivery staff as soon as possible and take photos as evidence to protect your own rights. If you do not respond within 7 days after receiving the product, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Please send photos of the defective item to sixpence.gallery@gmail.com and we will identify it and send you a replacement as soon as possible.

・Return Method The product must be kept in its original state when it was delivered (including the product, accessories, instructions, warranty, packaging box, delivery note, etc.), and properly packaged and sent back to our delivery address in the specified manner. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a refund or exchange.

・Exchange Method If the product you received is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately and send the product back as soon as possible. After we receive the returned product, we will process the exchange service within 1-3 working days.

・Refund method We will process the refund within 2-4 business days (excluding store holidays) after receiving the returned product.
Credit card: The amount will be returned to the original payment bank. Generally, the refund period for bank credit cards is 1 to 7 working days.
Bank Transfer (Domestic): If you require a refund, please provide your bank account details via email or private message. A handling fee of NT$15 will be deducted for banks other than Cathay United Bank.
PayPal: The refund will be issued to your original PayPal account. A platform handling fee will be deducted, and the actual refund amount will follow PayPal's policy.

 

Note:

・If you receive a defective book, please provide a photo for your evaluation. Customers who are sensitive to the condition of books can contact us after purchase to request detailed photos or videos of the condition of the books, or we recommend that you purchase the books in physical stores.

・Works of art are special products. Due to their age, the nature of the materials used, and the way they were created, it may be difficult to determine the new condition of the item. The natural brushstrokes and traces of human handling on the edges of paintings are natural conditions and are not considered product defects. Please understand the original nature of the artwork before purchasing. If you want to confirm the condition of the artwork, you can contact us to request detailed photos or videos, or we recommend visiting the physical store to appreciate it before purchasing. Purchase is deemed as acceptance of the condition of the work, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to non-conformity with expectations, etc., which are not our responsibility.

 

Notes:

The seven-day appreciation period is not a trial period, so the returned product must be in new condition. Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following circumstances:
(1) Exceeding the return and exchange period
(2) The product has been opened or used
(3) The product is not well packaged, is damaged or incomplete, or the gifts or accessories are missing
(4) Bidding Products
(5) Items sold by lottery
(6) Pre-order production products
(7) Customized products
(8) Malicious or large-scale returns
